This is a classic example of trying to spin a story. I hate "spin."

Nwgunner has it right.
Clear nd.
NO Clear evidence of any intention.

It's an accident but one should not have happened. Flip it around to the private side and there is no way you get away with straight up accident.

First, from what I could tell, the female officer was also reacting to the dog threat, which makes me think the dog had broken out of the cage. If you look at the first part of the video, that cage was way too small and looked like it had been beat up.
Secondly, what I don't understand is, they were exiting that building after determining it was clear. What the hell was his finger doing on the trigger? Both officers had their guns still in hand. The female had her finger off the trigger. I can only assume that the officer that shot her still was ready to fire. Why?
thirdly, what the hell were they doing making her walk to and from a car. They should have treated her there and waited for the ambulance. Transporting an stabilized victim is a great way to kill them by delaying treatment from professionals. They should have waited for the ambulance to get there and stabilize her.
There should be disciplinary action on each and everyone of those officers for their actions in this situation.

And I quote:

"what happened? I tased you?"

What a fooking idiot - I just cant even.

Please stop using the word accident if you are going to use ND.

What percentage of "accidents" are preventable? 100 fooking % is the answer outside of acts of nature.

They’re getting around this by the law letter definition of negligence.

Negligence implies knowingly doing something without thought or care to the result.

Unintentional or “accidental” implies something happens you didn’t intend to happen as a result of something you did that you didn’t plan on doing.

Courts, lawyers, unions, and bias can creatively interpret each to mean whatever they need it to mean based on circumstance and political motivation.

How can I help you, and/or make you smile, today?

The problem with being on social media, is that you know too many people that you don't know. (And yes, you can quote me on that. LOL)

Yep.. CDL holder with a clean record doesn't get a deferment on a simple traffic ticket. Even "off duty" in their personal vehicle. Because they are a trained professional held to a higher standard and "should know better"..

Yet a union protected and society worshiped peace officer does something like this, and 'it wuz a axident!"

So dumb, but hey, the dumbass didn't shoot me so why should I care, right?

I'm almost more alarmed at how the morons rag dolled her around so much to make her roll over and walk and then put her in the back of a car and told her to "slide over baby" What in the absolute blue hell frick???? Whoever that idiot is should just have his ass beaten on that general douchebag principle. But he won't. He'll get another cop groupie to blow him and another blue label discount for his next ND, for he is a hero, people. A hero. Remember that.
