Eating healthy, with NO processed foods or carbs. Basically lots of meat and vegetable. No whites (bread, sugar, etc)
The side effect is, she lost 40 lbs and isn't "dieting" per say.
I lost 20 lbs (215, now 195) but I cheat.

I was thinking of starting a thread in the WaGrubs section about how most of eating is following a habit. Change the habits in certain ways and great things can happen.

Thank you! Ironically, the Keto diet, combined with Bullet Proof coffee...means you don't starve. It's not a diet to lose weight, but rather a diet to eat healthier.
She is an "Intermittent" eater, meaning the Bullet Proof Coffee gets her through the day starting at 5am until 5pm. Then she eats one healthy meal.

I still have to eat breakfast since I am hypoglycemic (sp). I get the shakes if I don't eat protein in the morning. I eat a good breakfast with no bread and skip lunch. Then a Keto dinner with wifey. Typically lots of meat and veggies.
Energy is unbelievable!

No exercise just no carbs. (I'm lazy).
We in OK have a Wednesday gun group lunch meeting, so that is my "cheat" date.

I think Trump just needs to come out against 2A, for abortion, for socialism & high taxes, against military spending, and for open borders. The Left will then be forced to be pro-2A, for capitalism & lower taxes, for a strong military, and for strong border security. That seems to be how they operate these days - if he is for it, they're against it - even if they were for it, too.

I'm technically not "keto", I just cut out bread/rice/potato/pasta.
Here is a great replacement for spaghetti/noodles (zero (yes I said zero) calories/carbs)

When I went to an annual check-up August 2017 and I looked at the scale I freaked out (267). So August 2017 to August 2018 50+ pounds. (A little backsliding during the holidays. :bigsmile: ) When I hit 20 pounds it held there for a while, just stick with it. It seems like the 20-pound mark is a plateau. Then all of a sudden it starts dropping the pounds again. Kind of like you guys talking about the "stall" when using your smokers.
