No warrant. No search.

Good luck with that, if that is the reason they stop you. Or it is discovered otherwise.

What PC do you have to believe that someone is running dyed fuel?

I think implied consent might cover it?

Dunno, just guessing

How sick? Same level as elected officials if you must ask. No, that's wrong - they are pulling on the kid's legs....

Yes and no.

Consent can be revoked, or not given. Yes, there are administrative issues, and different rules for commercial vehicles vs Joe Blow, but when push comes to shove, they can't FORCE a search without PC. 'You agreed to let us search when you got your CDL', cool, well I'm revoking my consent. Now get a warrant. Sure, they can have an administrative hearing to cancel your license, but that's not an illegal search.

My neighbor told me about the pipeline outage a couple hours after it happened. So I ran over to fill up both our vehicles. The price had gone up about $0.20/gal to $2.85 in that short time.

According to Waze, looks like the stations near me have actually gone down to about $2.75. Oh well…at least I have full tanks.

Less than a week before the 'hack' major news media outlets were saying to prepare for gas shortages...

Coincidence?

Gibbs' Rule #39: There is no such thing as a coincidence.
