Awesome news.
It's especially welcome because it seems that anti-gun politicians and initiative backers alike can so often just thumb their noses at existing law and existing constitutionS, and get away with it. Problem is that there is no penalty for those politicians. The taxpayers had to pay to defend their obviously unlawful behavior along with them continuing to receive their paycheck.
