Brand new, never filed. This is previously owned so that means no sales tax due on the purchase. Comes in factory box with factory manual & accessories.
Uses AICS pattern magazines with CIP length. Rifle has a 27" barrel with a 1:9.3 twist. I do have a new & sealed MDT metal magazine that I can include for additional $90. More details at https://christensenarms.com/elr/ Price is $2200 out the door, no sales tax & no additional transfer fee if you process transfer through my FFL (this is still a private party sale). Sorry, not looking for any trades, just cash sale. I also have a case (200 rounds) of special run Winchester Ammo using 300 gr AccuBond CT lubalox (black oxide) coated bullets. Will not be selling ammo separately until the rifle sells. The ammo is priced at $150/box for the purchaser of the rifle.
