I'll try to list what we have. What else do you think we should add? 2 persons, 1 years supplies. None of this list includes "Whats in the pantry" (Of all the PM fields of study, why did I choose Risk Mitigation? It's an obsession, I'll tell ya!)
Food and stuffs 3 brands of dried storage pre-prepped food for 1 year. Dried fruits/veggies storage pre-prepped food for 1 year. Canned goods including cherries/Apricots/green beans/and lots of moonshine made with flathead cherries and huckleberries. 2 lbs of Cheese powder 2 lbs of Butter powder 1 large can of powdered milk (I need to add more) 50 lbs of King Arthur Unbleached Bread White Flour, stored in sealed food buckets (We don't eat break but would in a pinch) Fleischmann's RapidRise Yeast, 3-Count Envelopes (Pack of 9, stored in refrigerator) 1 -6 gallon bucket of freeze dried potato slices (goes good with wild game) 2-Cans of coffee (Need more) 50 lbs of Rice 25 lbs of pinto beans 50 lbs of Kosher salt (for preserving fish and game) 50 lbs of sugar (for preserving fish and game 10 gallons of vegetable/Oil oils. A shitload of dried spices. 5- 1 gallon collapsible water containers 1 carton of Marlboro cigs (we don't smoke but might be bartering material) Heirloom seed pack (in freezer for now)
EMT 1-Lightning X Small First Responder EMT EMS Trauma Bag Stocked First Aid Fill Kit B (wife is an RN with a masters, she wanted this) 1 Emergency radio-battery-solar-crank 4 costco packs of various battery sizes 24 pack of C123 batts for tactical flashlights
Heat/fuel 2x 100 lb propane cyclinders for generator 1- DuroMax XP12000EH Generator-12000 Watt --Gas or Propane 30 gallons of diesel stored with anti-algae gel 20 gallons of gas (rotated) 2 gallons of White gas 1- white gas lantern that could be used as a cook top 2 -cords of wood 1-Jøtul F 602 V2 Wood stove (3rd supply of heat)-Super efficient. Burns about 8 pieces of 1/4 piece wood in 8 hours.
Protection 14,000 rds of ammunition in 16 calibers. (definitely bartering material) A few tactical rifles, "Vote from the rooftop" rifles and many handguns
What am I missing for SHTF scenario? I was considering one of those lead shields for the 2000 F350 7.3L diesel electronics control module ( This truck can run off of filtered vegetable oil in a pinch) but I doubt it would be protected from EMT. Thoughts?

Water - actual drinking water, as well as supplies for filtration, treatment, storage/transport, etc.
Medicine - antibiotics, anti-diarrhea, pain relievers/fever reducers, and any other prescription drugs you might need.
Vitamins/supplements - when there's not enough food around for a well-rounded diet, these will help keep you going. A daily multi is your best bang for buck, provided it is pretty comprehensive. I'd toss in extra C, D, Zinc, Quercetin, and NAC.
Communications - multiple radios covering multiple bands, antennas for said radios, and extra batteries/chargers, etc. A Faraday cage to keep them in might be a good idea, too. I made one out of a galvanized trash can and some conductive seal strips inside the lid.
Fire extinguishers would also be a good item to have if SHTF and your local FD isn't coming.
Pet supplies - don't forget about the critters!

And we can use lake water, its the 2nd cleanest lake in the USA. People actually pump directly out of the lake into cabins.

I made one out of a galvanized trash can and some conductive seal strips inside the lid. I have a weakness there in my SHTF armour. Might have to look into that
Fire extinguishers would also be a good item to have if SHTF and your local FD isn't coming. Have multiple throughout house and RV's
Pet supplies - don't forget about the critters! We keep 150 lbs on a rack in garage and rotate it. hartcreek wrote: You do not have near enough yiest. Besides yiest breads and sourdough even bread yiest will work for fermentation. Good point. But yeast does have a "shelf life" so....
