 Firearms Bill of Sale

This is the one I use whenever I sell a firearm to a private party. I'm not saying it's the best one to use. But I think it's enough to cover the seller's a** if something were to ever happen. Let me know what you guys think, good or bad.

Here's another one. I like that this protects the buyer a bit too, with the statements that the seller affirms.

All the "sample" Bills of Sale shown look really good. Unfortunately, I doubt that they will work when I-594 is adopted.

Sounds like Form 4473's and the State pistol purchase form may have to be submitted, along with the firearm being sold, to a Dealer that is handling the "transfer".

We might all want to start exercising our "bending over" muscles. This law is going to be voted in by a whole bunch of people who don't have, never have, or never will have, firearms.

Kind of like how the "apartment dwellers" vote yes for every tax or levy that's presented, figuring "why not, I don't pay it 'cause I don't own any property".
