I am thinking about having some targets waterjet cut out of 1/2" AR500, but do not need 4'x8' worth. Would folks be interesting in splitting the cost? I will be doing a CAD design for the shapes, so could do just about any shape for which you could supply a graphic or a shape. I would not be charging for the design or making a profit, just splitting the actual cost of material and cutting. If there is enough interest to use up the 4'x8' sheet, I'll get some quotes in from local suppliers...not sure what the prices would be yet, but napkin math looks like less than the going rate for targets with the benefit of custom shapes.

The AR500 bid came in at just a little below $12 per square foot. Still waiting for the waterjet cutting price.

Just came across this, and I might be interested in getting plates made for a dueling tree. Any news on final cost(s)?
