Check for free FEMA online training.
Have free classroom training if you qualify (first responders or government employees who's occupation fits the class).
If you have some free time, could load up on certs.
Some of them look good on a resume.

Did the online portion, but there aren't any in-person courses on the west side of the mountains.

TLDR from class: Get a training tq, then practice both self and other application, from the place you daily carry, under stress, repeatedly.
