For the last week, only 8 in the store at a time including those waiting.
Today, only those actively engaged in transactions allowed in. One out, one in.

To our loyal Friends and Customers,
Governor Inslee issued an executive order directing all Washington residents and businesses immediately to heed current State public health directives to stay at home. After prudent consideration, we have decided it was imperative to take immediate action to ensure the safety of our customers and staff. Effective immediately, we will be closing our Auburn retail storefront for the recommended two week. We will be unable to initiate any NEW background checks or orders from our storefront during this time. Your online orders will continue to be processed.
For the next 48 hours, we will process all 4473 “proceeds” (customers who were waiting for background checks) and get the firearms to our customers. During the shelter in place, we will still support law enforcement & goverment entities.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. We have a warehouse and customer service team in Kansas that will be answering phones and emails. We appreciate your patience and understanding at this time as we are experiencing higher than average calls and emails.
Thank you again for your continued support. Please be safe, and God bless.

To our West Coast Armory family,
For the safety of our clients and employees, and to keep compliant with the state proclaimed "stay at home" order, we will be closing for two weeks starting at 5pm on Wednesday, March 25th.
During this time, we will not be open to the public for purchases but will be releasing firearms according to state/federal guidelines.
Starting Thursday, March 26th we will be releasing firearms from 11am-6pm Monday-Friday one client at a time. If you have received a call from us or it is the pickup date listed on your sales receipt, there will be a phone number posted on the front door for you to text. Please send a picture of your identification and we will collect your firearm and paperwork and reply to your text when it is your turn to come in.
If we HAVE NOT called you, or the pickup date on your receipt has not elapsed, please wait for us to contact you before coming to the store. We are working as diligently as possible to release firearms as quickly as we can, so we appreciate your patience in this matter.
We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused but rest assured, everyone who has made a purchase will be able to pick up their firearm(s) in a timely matter.
Thank you for your continued business and your support in this trying time.
Stay safe.
