All of my 10/22s are at least 20 years old, or older. All of mine shoot fine. CCI Mini-Mag HP are deadly on squirrels to 150 yards and sometimes beyond.
Sorry your newer stuff are POS. Old guys like me enjoy getting a POS now and then just to tinker with. I have several that have been fun projects

Never had problem with any of my 10/22’s as long as I fed them what they liked. Accurate, reliable and fun.
