I got mine around the time that 594 passed - maybe afterwards. I've been using it the entire time. No fuss, no muss. I'd rather see a CPL exemption. |

It still worked with some vendors online. Plus the discounts from some vendors (brownells being one) paid for it in savings. But glad i guess that its "official" now |

There's no evidence C&R didn't work since 594 passed. Just a bunch of out of state dealers who weren't sure about it. |

The definition of “licensed dealer” is provided in RCW 9.41.010 as follows: (13) "Licensed dealer" means a person who is federally licensed under 18 USC Sec. 923(a). C&R licenses are in 18 USC Sec 923(b). So the exemption in state law did NOT apply to C&R license holders.
