So what happen if a criminal doesn’t sign his rights Contextuality, the founding father's document, The U.S. Constitution and it's components, was written by the Framers to foster participatory democratic self-government and is not law, per se., but is the fundamental framework of America’s system of government. Splitting hairs, nope not whatsoever...cite the last person was judicially, Federally/State convicted of violating this country's U.S. Constitution!!

Quick analogy:
The Constitution is like your computer's BIOS: Basic Input/Output System. It controls stuff that isn't generally up to the user to change, and if you do, you better know what you're doing.
Passing laws is like the programs you put on your computer. Do this or do that, but your computer still boots up and works because of the BIOS.
Supreme Court (and lesser courts for state/local laws) are, following the analogy, supposed to check installed programs to ensure they don't cause any errors that would prevent booting and break the system.
2A is part of the BIOS. No installed program/law is supposed to interfere with it. But the courts fail to do their job (and we keep electing the power hungry sociopaths who appoint them), so here we are.
What was the question again?
