It does look like a CTR. I'm not sure what that junk in the trunk is, but the cheek riser is a LaRue R.I.S.R.

Nightforce out of all of them. My 4-16 is probably my favorite for a number of reasons

With Arisaka bag rider and limb saver also it can adjust for angle of the huttstock and height of the recoil pad
