A really lousy picture of a really great gun.
This was my grail gun for many years: A S&W Model 29-2, 6.5-inch. Mid-60's vintage. THE Dirty Harry Gun. I finally found a shooter for a reasonable price. I didn't want a pristine piece that I couldn't enjoy. This is it.

Not to be the bearer of bad news, but if it's a mid-1960s gun those aren't the original grips. No matter what, the good news is it's a shooter and not a safe queen.
