First time out shooting today. Started with iron sights and moved on to the scope. The recoil isn’t too bad but the shot concussion is intense! Strangely I felt it mostly in my nose like a strong sinus (heh) pressure.

I have one with a 36" barrel. To keep the recoil down below the "aw, HELL no!" levels, I have to handload for it...and download just a skosh. _________________ I hunt the things that go bump in the night.... |
