I do recognize that this is not necessarily a feasible or even possible solution. We would be acting as monitors over a bunch of people who may or may not give a darn. And enforcement of any regulations or guidelines would be extremely difficult--if not impossible. Yeah, I don't know of any other way. Law enforcement patrols -- with teeth to actually arrest, fine, etc. -- seem to be the only short-term solution. Long-term, we still MAY be able to swing the culture, but that's a very long-term prospect.

Tickets from Washington State Patrol and local police can cost up to several thousand dollars. You might even spend time in jail.

LEO's paid the time to blanket numerous areas a couple times a day, 7 days a week for at least 6 months starting in May. Take guns, tow vehicles, hefty fines and a short stint of losing some freedom. Sounds harsh, but negative reinforcement works. Make the appliance hunters and trash dumpers fear for their freedom and bank account. Talking nice and leading by example doesn't do shit but give them a clean slate to trash. Fix a huge problem by hitting back twice as hard and punishing those responsible. Pay some side monies to those with commissioned authority to earn some Christmas money and fix the problem.

We’ve talked about LEO patrols from the start and all we got was “no budget” from the forest service. But guess what ; the forest service has given pierce county LEO’s a grant to patrol for illegal target shooting. After 7013 is closed of course so yeah I’ve lost faith.

This closure notice is written for the general public. Everyone who has been involved or followed our efforts knows the official reason is faulty and have been proven as much through hard data and experience. The forest service knows this.

I stopped in at the FS office in enumclaw a few weeks ago. I asked where was a safe place to shoot, I was looking for another good place. The ranger directed me to rd 74, onto 75. Looking at google earth a good portion of that area would be “in range” of greenwater. Wonder if that’s where all the bullets and noise was coming from?

They haven’t actually had any bullets enter Chrystal river ranch community since 2014, They’re using old, corrected safety issues to push their narrative. Christ Hurst(D) political rep said a form of mustard gas was being produced when propane canisters were being blow up. Yes he did actually say this in front of crowd of people at a meeting. Makes a person question any other complaints after that.

Freon, refrigerant used in cars and other cooling systems create a phosgene gas when heated, much like nerve agent. BUT! You'd have to be near the canister and inhale the shit for a few minutes, after a slight wind it's gone. The old timers using propane torch to trace Freon leaks will have the shakes much like a muscular/nerve disease. In other words, don't huff your exhaust if you develop a good Freon leak in your car!
