Green Mountain State Forest

Does anyone know of any decent areas on Green Mountain to target shoot at? Just looking for a small space to shoot my handgun at. I have been looking on Google Maps and see some clear cut spots and a rock quarry. I assume those places are blocked off but can anyone that has been there share any good areas?

Edit: Or just in the general Kitsap area. Just looking for a private spot to plink so I don't have to pay to go to a range. Was looking at Poulsbo Sportsmans Club
