Looking to build a range within 90 minutes of Olympia

I am looking to buy a piece of property to build a range on within a 90 min drive of Olympia. Not looking at a commercial facility, I would just like to have a place to invite friends and WaGuns members to come shoot. Looking to pay cash.

Because of the closing of public shooting pits in king co, there used to be a state(?) Matching fund for anyone building an outdoor range that is open to the public, as I recall, 4-5 hours a week. Even if that was 10-noon wed/th.
