Shooting lane developement in Tahuya State Forest

Has anyone heard of any further developments for the proposed shooting lane improvements in Tahuya State Forest?
Last I heard was DNR needed more meetings to help choose locations to develop 2 places to shoot at. I haven't heard anything since (I think that's been a year or so now).
It would be good to learn if they have chosen the locations, what criteria they used to make that decision and how they plan to go about it.
