Welcome to WaGuns, bentchetler! :wavey:

Yeah, if you can make it to the group shoot that Jager linked, that would be a great start. You'll not only get to shoot, but also meet some folks that live in the Skagit area.

You don't need your gun . . . come join us for the cleanup, meet some folks, and I'm sure some will offer to let you try their toys.

You will have people shoving guns in your hands at the clean up to try. You can also shoot up at at Potts pit on south Skagit hwy. if you don`t want to drive that far you can always go shoting in Mt. Vernon on south 6th or Stanford drive....

Welcome to the hood. There are a few places to shoot local and if you fancy indoor ranges the one in Burlington is pretty darn good. I need more info on this Potts Pit. I fairly familiar area but I have never gone there. I need somewhere with a little more distance to reach out with.

its not a big pit bud. if you want to check it out jut head up the South Skagit hwy and after Day Creek turn on to Potts road. I am probably headed to the range on Friday since Medford is closed during the week. At least I think they are still closing it during the week days. if you want distance try Division that is a long straight road and I think they are used to gun fire up there.

That would be a terrible joke by one of resident troublemakers! He is referring to a street in amount Vernon, not a place to actually shoot. If we were naming streets, La Venture would be on the top of the list.

Medford is gtg. I was there Tuesday afternoon/evening. There were several other groups and no signs other than the discover pass requirements.
