So the new house we ar closing on in January is a 7 min drive to it.

How is it? What's member fees like? What does it offer. I've never been, but..... right down the road will draw plenty of day trips for me!

It's a great range. Nice rifle range to 200 yards though there is a 600 yard option open for occasional match events. Really nice action pistol bays.

Was never a member though regularly attended the IHMSA matches there as well as the Pistol Steels matches on 3rd Sunday. Enjoyed those events enough that I regularly drove from Lacey for them.

Nice alternative in Spanaway is the Tacoma Sportsmen's Club also off the 512.

Good range that's been expanding over the last few years (safety baffles and club house).
Open from 7am to 10pm.

Members only most days, can bring family/ friends to shoot free if a member, just need to sign them in.
Hunter sight in and competitions open to public (busy )

600yd rifle range open like once a month, all other times 200yd rifle with steel gongs at 190.
Covered pistol range with lighting, 50yds
Action shooting bays on designated practice / match days
Shotgun/trap range with patterning board
Throwing Knife/tomahawk board (no joke).

8rds max capacity loading, 1 Rd a second rate of fire, no holster draws ( minus action bays)
A lot more RSO presence as of the last couple years, most are OK but there's always one in the bunch.

A lot of construction as of the last year but the clubs growing.
All and all a good club and worth becoming a member.
Check out Pbrsc.org for more details.

Flyer posted above by bullethead has most of the info, except you have to get your name on the waiting list to join / schedule orientation meeting (send an email, with “membership” in the subject line to bullsheeteditor@gmail.com).

PM me if you would like to tour the place sometime.
