Drove 55-miles each way but it was worth. Lanes were clean and it wasn't very crowded. Shooters were frriendly and the Range Master was also friendly and professional. If you want to go to a nice public range with 300yd rifle range, head north, you won't be disappointed.

What I like most is this place is county owned and operated; and with recent cut backs, local volunteers. I wish more counties would support their local shooters.

Until my number is called up at the Seattle Rifle and Pistol Range, this may be the place to satisfy my longrange cravings.

Some things I recall from my last trip there.

You NEED a spotting scope. They set up their own targets, charge you $1 each for the ones you shoot at, and they don't have cease fires so you can go downrange and retrieve your paper. If you don't have a scope, they'll rent you one.

They also have a chronograph set up on non rainy days. $0.25/shot over the "clock".

It is a nice range with nice indoor, regularly cleaned, and heated, restrooms.

It's just a lot farther than where I'm going in about 20 minutes to shoot, Kenmore. There I get to keep my targets to show how good or bad a day I had.

If you ask the Rangemaster, they'll do a ceasefire so you can retrieve your targets. This is what happened a couple of times yesterday.

Spotting Scope rental was $2.00 and $1.00 per Target at 50/100yds and $2.00 per Target at 300yds. Still only paid like $25 to shoot for 4-hrs.

Do they have a pistol range up there too?

Been meaning to get my son up there for their free gun safety course.

I don't shoot rifles other than our little 10/22, but it sure would be nice to do it outside once in awhile (as opposed to Norpoint).

They have an indoor and outdoor pistol range right next to each other.
