They had a range planned there for a long time but it got put on hold. Is anyone sure that this is a new start on it? Or just a recycled post?

As for getting there, by the time they open, knowing how construction and inspections by local officials often goes, it will be more likely in early 2014 and by then people will have found all the bypasses to the bridge.

Hey, maybe they could just use one of the faulty pontoons that were made for the 520 bridge. Float it in place, sink it, and build road across the top. River is shallow enough there and that way all the cracks won't matter as it will sit on the bottom anyway.
