yesterday started the beginning of the trial that will decide the fate of the KRRC. Post here with any info you know, or opinions you would like to share. I came across this today, from yesterdays reporting. From the Kitsapsun.com. HERE snippet from the Kitsap Sun wrote: TACOMA — Arguments about stray bullets, gunshot noise and land-use rules will shape a courtroom battle that begins today between Kitsap County and the Kitsap Rifle and Revolver Club. Attorneys for the county contend that the gun club has created a nuisance with flying bullets and uncontrolled noise, while disregarding county permits required for ongoing development on 72 acres near Seabeck Highway. Attorneys for the club say the county is abusing its authority by trying to strip the club of important legal rights it has acquired by operating responsibly in the same location since 1926. Attorneys say any issues related to possible land-use violations were resolved in 2009, when the county deeded the club property that had been leased for the gun range.
