It seems like some DNR managers are more relaxed about it than others. But now the Burn mngrs require following their guidelines if they are to be involved. So, they're not involved! Yeah their bosses are probably Inslee‘s butt buddies. Hope this crap ends soon.

I'm still trying to figure out where these locations even are, but I hope to make it out to one of these to help in some capacity. Gman, you'll find the GPS and Google Maps link on the Past Event page on Trash No Land. The link is to the large pit. The small pit is the first one you come to on Suaittle Rv Rd and it's on the right (no gate). The large one has a gate and a DNR sign about target shooting rules. Link: https://www.trashnoland.org/past-events/cleanup-darrington-pit-darrinton-wa/Enjoy! Bill Thank you for the info and all that you folks are doing to keep the areas open!

What a huge success this clean up was especially with the all day rain. It is amazing what can take place with dedicated people who care about the environment. Pablo thank you very much for your generous donation to the clean up. The check came in Saturday. I will square up with Scuffy Wednesday morning. Friday I had a nice chat with Mark Arnison, the DNR manager for the Darrington area and he gave me the Info for the DNR manager for the Cowboy Camp pit (Muddy Creek Pit) area. I will go there next weekend and check it out and see how much trash is there. We do have access to the 6'X10' dump trailer for doing these clean ups. I might be out of town the last two weeks of July and my friend will be out of town the first and possibly the second week of August. So if we do the Cowboy Camp Pit clean up it will hain the beginning of July or later in August. I will get going on the planning once I see what is all there. This last clean up was only possible by all of you kicking in and busting your butts off in the rain. Thank you to all of you on the front lines and behind the scenes.

Pablo I would like to do a clean up on the Cowboy Camp Pit. I will be gone for two weeks in July and August is still summer time so people will be on vacation. The beginning of September school starts is I am thinking about Sept 18th. for the clean up. It will give me a couple of months to do a fundraiser, it will give lots of people to get it in their plans. The weather will be cooler. One bad thing is bow season is in so we will miss them guys.
This last clean up got off track. Originally I planned on cleaning the 435th Ave pit and what I raised would of covered it. When I went to the Suaittle River Road pits it got completely turned around and when we loaded the two dump trailers on that Friday I knew I was over my head financially. But it needed to be done and it was the right thing to do. I can not thank you enough for the financial help. The total clean up needed everyone who was involved. It was a huge success for our shooting community. Pat
