Does anyone have or played with one? It seems like a pretty cool 22 suppressor, and its light as hell. I'd likely cerakote the kids cz457 that I'm going to buy soon to get the gun to somewhat match the suppressor.
https://www.liveqordie.com/products/erector-by-q/fully assembled it's less than 2-1/2 ounces. 2.6oz to be precise. You won't feel it on a decent 22 pistol.
In an indoor range environment, it's hearing safe with 3 baffles on a Ruger Mark IV 22/45 Tactical, and with 2 baffles on a 16" 10/22 rifle....The packaging is fun. Especially for a kid. The whole Q line is that way, FWIW...
decibel meter readings are as debatable and arguable as predicting the weather. rabbit hole I won't go down, but it offers the fun features and extreme adjustability in a way that someone who is a tinker-er would appreciate.
it changes colors slightly over time. Not a lot, but don't plan on having a matching coating job after a few heat cycles.
The team around Q is in a unique position with their lives where they have enough money to live more than comfortably and choose to make things interesting, fun, entertaining, while at the same time delivering on technology where their suppressors are some of, if not thee best, in the game today. They've won at life thus far.
I've got many of them in purgatory, the 22 Erector being one. Just wait until the 9mm Erector hits the streets soon.
Hope this helps,
Dan
