Do you buy more now to at least start the wait, or wait it out in hopes it gets back down to 90ish days again? Can definitely understand why I was so hesitant to play the tax stamp game for so long.
The sooner you buy, the sooner you get it in your hand. If it takes six months to get back to ~90 days, you would have potentially waited another 9 months to get it and who knows what’s going to happen during that time. I generally recommend buying sooner than later when there’s a promo going on that meets your needs or wants.

Exactly. If you want it, do it right now.

Seriously? Is that all the longer it takes? I have so many guns I'd like to SBR if that's the case.

Yeah, its pretty quick and easy. If you did your suppressor applications through a silencershop kiosk you can purchase fingerprint card copies from them. NFA application takes all of 10 minutes. Send your fingerprint cards to ATF via snail mail and notify your county sheriff that you're building a new toy, then wait. After it's approved you get your new toy engraved and go play.
