Went back to get some more 9mm at Murdochs for my AZ bud but they were out of the Armscor stuff.
They had Tula steel case 9mm for $359/1000 (no tax) so I picked him up a case of that stuff. It was good to see the shelves 3/4 full of various types of ammo ! Well it took me a lot more than 5 minutes, but I finally got it done! My FCU looks a lot different than the one in the video, and that one tricky part was a pain! Plus my slide cap is the new style and had to find a different video to figure out how to get it off. After some adjusting (there was NO overtravel and the trigger had to be squeezed hard to get it to break) I accidently put the old slide cap back on and....After taking it apart a couple times and removing the overtravel I'm very happy. Now to go out tomorrow and see how it does at the range! |
