Yup. I went to the range today and only fired 7 rounds of 9mm. 'Cause that's all the practice I needed.

There's gonna be an ass-whuppin'!

Not even kidding, I'm digging that little blue .22.

Savage Rascal. Out of all the inexpensive youth single shot .22s it seemed to be the best, color was just a bonus.

I was lucky enough to trade into a set of Taran Tactical +3 Basepads for my Glock 43 and installed them on the old Tupperware.

I would like to say it was a painless process but after I installed them one of the mags would only hold 7 rounds so I pulled it apart and re-installed it and was able to get 9 rounds in it.

Shot some 147gr through that? :peep:

I cleaned up the 45-70 for the 1st time. At first I thought the brown flim on everything was old gun oil, but after smelling it I realized its an entire layer of nicotine. Nasty stuff to get rid of.

That’s a lot of smoking.

You should have seen what came out the interior panel's of my mustang when I got it. Slime would bubble up out of the pannels when I sprayed cleaner on it.

I got my new to me 20 gauge Mec all setup and fine tuned. My wads come in tomorrow and I can get some test loads going. Gotta wait two weeks to bust some clays :frust:

Powder drop crashed two days ago...needed a full strip and clean.

4 times to the range yesterday....chrono

Gonna have to do it again today.

Need 174 PF...not 164 or 183

And yeah, it makes a difference.

HUGE

Got great news from our barrel manufacturer....
Our custom cut twist rate barrels are shipping a month+ early.
Should have them next week.

These barrels were cut specially to shoot one specific bullet.
Prairie Dogs beware in 2020....

If it can only shoot one specific bullet then they just need to send out the decoy for you to shoot and the rest are good.

My gun from this year's shoot will not be retired anytime soon...
