Shout out to Holosun customer service

I purchased a used Holosun from this site. It had some scuffs and wear on the metal hood, nothing major, but figured I'd look for a new part. I could not find a replacement part, so I figured I'd reach out to Holosun to see if I could purchase a new hood.
They replied the same day and said to email a picture of the serial number, model, where it was purchased, the part I was looking for, and my address. They said they would send the part for free. Sure enough, I just got shipping confirmation today after providing the information yesterday. That's pretty good service!

Great to know that some companies are still keeping American high standards and taking care of their customers. I had similar experience with Burris: I accidentally dropped my G19 on the concrete and smashed FastFire 3. They replaced it with the brand new one, didn’t ask any questions.

I emailed them yesterday asking if my magnetic gun mount would in any way cause issues with my new green dot. They replied very quickly that it wouldn’t. Very impressed with there customer service response time.

The gosh darn chinese came through for you. Better check that hood when you get it, might have a sleeper agent embedded in the material. Jk.

Great to hear. Seen similar top notch service from Swampfox. Guy I know bought a used one with a scratcher lense, Swampfox exchanged it for a brand new one, no questions asked.
