Dublin AK Systems Ratcheting Charging Handle.

Replaces the gas tube and moves the charging handle to the left side. I think the original one stays in place if you wish.

HA! Tryin' to go all HK, they are.
I'm not an AK guy, but I've shot and handled them enough that I would not want. It introduces extra parts into an already robust system, and offers no significant advantage that I can see. And now you have an extra piece sticking out of the side of the gun, doesn't fold down like HKs. I don't see the point. The traditional Russian method of speed reloading the AK worked fine for me. I wonder if it'd fit my PAP.

My 7.62x25 pps43/ak bullpup build is getting a gas tube charging handle but that's only because it's a bullpup, but on a standard config ak this is a solution looking for a problem. Cool but i dont understand it, the only thing better than the stock ak charging handle is the galil in my opinion.
