i know you can't sell them, but can you give them away? if you sell a pistol that came with 12 rounds, what do you do?

You can have them in a bag and drop them in a trash can after the transaction. Yeah Mr buyer, i threw them away....in that trash Can, right over there.

It's not legal for a non-FFL to transfer (sell, give, whatever) a mag that holds more than 10 rounds to another non-FFL person in Washington.
So yeah, if you're selling a gun that has 11+ capacity mags, then your choices are shitty.

I guess you'd just have to throw the mags in the garbage. Since you're meeting someone to sell it, might as well throw them away in their trash can when you meet them.
