Whatever happened to R Guns?

All I can find with that name is some obscure shop in TX which doesn't match up with what I remember about the R Guns I'm referencing. I did see some association of the name with Masterpiece Arms.

It's been years since i heard that name, i used to buy Russian 7N6 from them cheap. I guess they folded up, my Google Fu found very little and no explanation.
