Drove by there today around 1030am and saw all the new "Raincity Tactical" signage on it. Anyone hear anything?

Well, Macllellan Defense moved out... maybe that killed traffic?

I called earlier, and it indeed has been sold.

It will be closed for a few weeks while they remodel. It will now be called Raincity shooting center

it's probably going to take longer than a couple weeks to decontaminate the lead, not to mention the hundreds of bullet holes in the roof. New air system...

Hopefully the ventilation is dramatically improved. Went there at times and that really sucked (or really didn't, I guess).
Also hope it's genuinely a good place when new owners (whoever they are; link above didn't show anything) get it up and running.

I just recently noticed the change of ownership. My home range is an outdoor facility, but I would occasionally visit Champion Arms during bad weather. I
found them friendly, accommodating (no problem keeping the brass I shot) and I liked the older, blue-collar atmosphere. Their lane fees and rental prices were some of the lowest around.
I will have to visit the updated facility.
