A US gun company is facing a backlash for producing a pistol that looks like a children's toy made of Lego.

Culper Precision said its customised Glock weapon, named Block19, was developed to "highlight the pure enjoyment of the shooting sports".

Flashback to the 1980's:
OMG people gonna be taking undetectable plastic guns through airport checkpoints!!!
***Karens running around in circles screaming while waving their hands in the air***

I think it actually looks pretty cool...

I'm going to be the odd man out here, and say that I think this is even stupider than people painting the muzzles orange to look like toy guns. Maybe you some of you didn't know that's a thing some stupid people do, but then, you wouldn't think this abortion above would be a thing either.

If it looked like a dildo someone would be pissing and moaning about it simply because they have nothing better to do.

Well, as the saying goes...opinions are like assholes; everyone has one, and they all stink.

It combines my 2 all-time favorite toys, so naturally I think it's awesome. And anything that pisses off Shannon Watts is a win in my book.

Maybe the difference between us then is that for me, guns are not toys, they are tools and weapons. I enjoy shooting them, and developing skill to shoot them well, but they are not toys. Making a weapon look like a toy is beyond stupid in my opinion.

Ok then how do you feel about making toys look like real guns?
