I am not really looking at getting into it competitively. Mostly just curious if anyone here does it? Whats useful, practices etc? I will be getting a dozer on the property in a few weeks and the wife wants a 150'x300' arena, I will probably go 160'x320' simply because if we split in half it'll be a 160x160. Just curious if anyone here had insight on what is some good drills etc just to mess around with the discipline.

It looks cool. I looked into this a bit for my daughter maybe 4-5 years ago, but have only seen videos. It looks really fun.
Good excuse to buy a revolver in Long Colt, since that seems to be the popular balloon blank cartridge. Be sure to post a video if you're successful with the course and training. Good luck!

Let me know if you get into it, my GF boards her mare in Snohomish, and i think she'd like it. A similar one that might be easier to get into is mounted archery. Hell even mounted airsoft might be fun
