I know very little about .22 rounds other than they are rimfire and go bang. I have a large gallon size ziploc full of these, and don't know what brand they are.

Then it's CCI brand.

I don't. If you do a Google image search, you *might* be able to get there: https://www.google.com/search?q=cci+.22 ... t&tbm=ischOne thing to look for is whether it's a hollow point or not, that will help to narrow it down.

Ah I think I figured it out. These are the Quiet 22. Thanks for the hint on the CCI, you can barely make out the headstamping.
I don't normally put my rounds in ziplocs but they came to me this way years ago. I think I'll sharpie the bag now.
Thanks!

These are full-auto armor-piercing explosive projectiles, illegal in all 50 states. Luckily, I have a special device that disposes this kind of things, so I can do it for you at no charge.

The grooves on the bullet look like blazer to me. It would be unlikely that someone would have enough quiets in damaged packaging to bag them. However, the blazers did come in loose pack boxes of 550 and the boxes were quite shitty.
If I'm not mistaken, the quiets didn't come with a special slug. They would be a different powder/powder charge and same bullet as the standard mini-mags or blazers. To determine if they are quiets you'd most likely have to run some through a chrony and compare velocity with cci's published specs.

Pull a bullet and weigh it. Then shoot one over a chrono. Should be pretty easy from there.
