A guy with a similar name commits a crime, and the officer finds a name, and attaches the warrant to the guy, despite it being the wrong person.
He gets pulled over, then spends the night in jail for a warrant that's not his, because the officer failed to properly identify the suspect, and his information was illegally entered into the system to be searched in the first place.
