Chamber is absolutely spotless and oiled.

I hope your chamber is not oiled. The brass needs to grip the chamber walls when it expands at firing - to properly seal. Oil in the chamber can prevent that from happening properly - a potentially dangerous situation.

I meant the bolt carrier group but thanks for putting that out there so others know.

Lam, I have reached out to Seekins.

I was reading the comments it to me sounds hammer spring related but I am curious where the concerns for out of Battery came from? I did not see in the original post any mention of OOB firing just light strikes. If it is hammer springs I would think might be an opportunity to upgrade to your favorite trigger upgrade?
Keep us posted what sequins reccomends please.

Got an RMA and shipping it back today, after trying a heavier buffer tube/spring to no avail.
Will follow up when I know.

As said above, I would have tried a stock hammer spring, but sending it back is even better if they gave you a call tag.
Haven't heard of Seekins, but i haven't been keeping up on AR manufacturers.
They have good reviews for build quality and accuracy.

I have a factory built DPMS .308 AP4, and a 5.56 HBAR, not the best but they have never failed.
My buddy has 6-7 DPMS in several calibers he uses for competition.

I put the hammer spring in the wrong way once and it caused light primer strikes. It fired some times, but did not fire every time.

Update:
Seekins put a new Seekins Precision SP10 Bolt Carrier Group in it and test shot 23 rds.
Cleaned and shipped it back, within 14 days!
