They come in bunches...yet another odd S&W revolver for me. Now to wait for shipping and the mandated delay to actually get it in hand...

Shot steel at 100-300 yards rifle, shot several drills, shot Modified Navy Qual, scored 23, not my best but decent.
Was hitting the steel at 12"x20" with pistol at 100 yards again, that was fun!

Wishing I could have made it... What's the weather like? Sounds like you're at the larger pit? No competition for space with hunters?

Hopefully in a few weeks my days off become more relaxed and I can start making weekly trips. Might even pay for a membership.

Went to the D and B looking for a shotgun... Saw a Taurus gun the sales guy was keen on. Super light, spiral cut into the barrel and bolt. $800. No idea how accurate or dependable but it was interesting.

I did do this to the 17L that I picked up. It's not locktited or sighted in yet. I will probably do that later this week. Then maybe take it to the range next week.
I'm going for that late '80s early '90s race gun vibe. So if you guys know anything else I can add to it to make it more racey please let me know
