For transfers of inbound purchases or private party sales, Sound Loan in Everett is THE place to use in the North end. Sure, it's a bit of a drive from Arlington, but they charge very fair transfer fees, and the process is absolutely painless. Great folks up there.

If you're up for a little drive contact Brian of:

Uncle Olys Gun Shop
19389 E Stackpole Rd
Mount Vernon, WA 98274
Phone: 360-428-3058

He's the only FFL I use. Tell him Nelson sent ya!

Have you talked to Brian lately??? Last year he had another aneurism and I have honestly been afraid to call him.

This sucks, he's done every transfer for me except for my mosin which was cabelas. I spoke with him last july, must have been right before the aneurism. icon_eek Probably time to check up on him just to see how he's doing.

I’ve used Marysville Pawn (Lizzys Pawn and Jewelry) several times. They have a location downtown Marysville and another up by Lowes in Smokey Point. Jimmy the owner is a good guy and the gals that actually do the paperwork are pleasant and quick.

ETA: I’ve never used the Smokey Point location for firearm stuff, I just know they’re owned by the same people.
