Another post AC post....
Any HVAC installers/dealers on the forum? Looking for a new construction home with all the ducting completed per the builder.
Lennox XC25, Trane XV20i, etc? House is 2 story and about 2600'. I don't mind spending a few extra bucks for a greater feature set. Kinda that get a KAC SR15 and call it a day mentality...lol.
I always see Costco having their heating/AC vendor and I know its tough to beat Costco pricing, service, warranty, etc. I'd feel Costco would always have your back if issues came up.

If I were building a new home and wanted to be as efficient as possible, i'd look at VRF systems.
