We are in the middle of building our new offices (TI) in Lacey and are looking for a competent Plumber. Wee are adding a new bathroom, shower floor drain, and break room sink. On top of that, we will need somebody to help do the final connection of setting new toilets on the existing holes, getting new sink vanities all piped up etc the existing restrooms.

5 toilets, 2 urinals, 6 sinks, a floor drain.. It's on the 2nd story, and the all the existing plumbing is nearby and PVC. We would core drill the floor for you and all (concrete).

Location is in Lacey.

We have anybody on here that does this?

Bonus: The new South Sound Guns is about 200 yards away.
Double Bonus: This could turn into a relationship. We are a RE Development Company that has TI's often.

Ouch, that might get you a residential plumber but commercial work is so busy right now that you'd be hard pressed to find someone competent to do it on the side for double that cash under the table.

For reference we have a TI right now, new construction, a small kitchen, 5 toilets, a urinal, and a drinking fountain and a couple heating and cooling coils piped and it's right around 200k

If it was new, I’d get it. The riser is literally 5 feet from the core drill holes.

We’ve received a couple quotes in our price range.
