Looking for Drill and Tap for rails on Ruger Mk II

I have an older Ruger Mk II receiver that I would like to have drilled and tapped for a rail.
Any recommendations for Pierce, Thurston, or So. King County shops that do this work?
Might also be interested in threading the bull barrel and moving the front sight back.
