I'll need the breaker panel in the new place replaced, and later on some wiring replaced.
Anyone around there?

Are you upping the amperage? What’s in there now?

Zinsco :)
I don't really know on the amperage.
The power goes to the garage then underground conduit to the house.
I'll see if I can upload the pics

The fuse panel is fed by the blade disconnect, and it's empty, not connected. That'll just go away.

Can’t see any numbers on it. If you’re upping the amperage “say 100amp to 200amp” PUD will more than likely have to drop a new service. Obviously they’ll have to pull the meter regardless. What’s making you replace it? Just because it’s a Zinsco or did a home inspector tell you to?

Just because it's a zinsco.
I don't know a whole lot about this, but I'd like a new box with better breakers.

Zinsco ... inspect the bus bars. Sometimes simply replacing the bus bars is all that's needed.

How old?

Unknown.
There's no arc marks or anything. I replaced the fuse box with a breaker box, rewired a couple things and added a circuit to repair a real shady circuit.
Guess I'm gonna fly with this for a while. Gotta get rid of the Tacoma house.
