Need bids for roof, attic work, etc.

Hello, we bought a remodeled house 3 years ago and they royally fucked it up.
Need roof vents, soffit vents, bathroom vents done properly, attic reinsulated and more. Some or all of roof to be replaced as well as some sheeting.
Located in Enumclaw.

This is what we are working on right now in the high end Lynnwood area.
They have an exposed open deck above a living room and was going to have it recovered and they found a LOT OF ROT in the ouside wall from decades of leaking.
