AR-10 (PSA PA-10) Handguard Replacement

I don't have access to tools or area to replace the handguard on my PSA upper.
I have the new handguard, LP gas block and gas tube....somewhere.
I live in Bothell/Woodinville area and could take it to a local shop, but I don't want to drop it off and wait...pay $100ish
If there is anyone around...15 miles. Sorry, but no Seattle, I prefer to stay on the east side or Lynnwood, Duvall...something like that.
FYI, I am a morning person, so 4-5 AM wouldn't be out of the question.
Weekends would be best...I could do the weekdays, but would need a couple days notice.
I figure it wouldn't take that long, so I would just hang out???

Beer/Wine/Whiskey? I don't drink (anymore), so you would be on your own-haha
Ammo?
Donuts/Cake and or Pie?
Old stories from a punk rocker that grew up in LA in the 80's. Well, of the ones that haven't blacked out-haha

Tacoma is a bit far away but I can do it for free
I have an upper vice block but I'll need to borrow a barrel wrench. A friend that built his upper at my place has one
