I was having issues with the rear flip cap not staying closed my 2.5x primary arms red dot on my go to rifle. It's mabey a year or 2 old and i havent shot much since i put it on.

So i contacted them asking if i could get a replacement, and just got a $0 invoice today and they are shipping it out, no return label, no "send us a pic" , no shipping or anything else. Also they are sending me both caps even though i only needed a rear.

Only downside is it took them a week or 2 since i asked for a replacement(I did get a employee reply the next day saying they were on it though)
