I want a full refund on my order you guys have charged hundreds of people and never ship out the items it’s been two months and no nothing

I used them it took a month the guy said he would help me out. I ordered a complete glock 17 kit white, and he said they dip a different color each day and that tomorrow they were doing white and he would try to get it in there and send it out to me in 2 days after it dried. So I said ok I waited a week didn't hear from him so I called and asked for my money back and he sent it back. But I had another "company" a couple months ago that used PayPal and the company didn't exist I googled it looked at every company with a similar name, nothing so I called PayPal and due to covid no one was there to answer my call, and they said to use their website well that didn't work. So I called my bank, and I told them I wanted to dispute a charge. So I asked them how long I have to dispute it he told me 60 days, so I said I'll give them another week even if they are sending it from China it would most definitely be here in 6 weeks. So I waited still nothing, I disputed the charge with my bank they gave me my money back and then they took over, and the 'company" had to pay the bank back. Which they did, so I think tactical supply company knows this and tries to string people along, long enough to make it so they don't have to pay the bank back and you take the loss. So if it starts to get near 6 weeks with any company ask them for a refund first cause your bank will ask you if you tried to handle it with the business and if you have then they will give you your money back and do an investigation into the company and get their money back. But remember you only have 60 days to dispute any charges and I would call your bank to find out if its the same amount of time with your bank as it is with mine. It may differ from bank to bank or state to state,depending on their laws.

I'm sorry I forgot to put Lancaster tactical supply I just put tactical supply but it was definitely Lancaster tactical supply company.

We have started a Lawsuit against the owner and the company. If you have been scammed , frauded or ripped off by these folks please contact us to share your problems and possibly join in our lawsuit. They just think they can get away with it and we are not letting them.
